COMPLEMENTARY SERVICES

AP | PORTUGAL provides several additional services complementing the language services we offer. Please see our price list below for certified translation services:

• Shipment of projects abroad = 10.00 euros (price per project | includes shipment via registered mail to European countries)
• Shipment of projects (translation only) via CTT = 5.00 euros (price per project | includes shipment via registered mail to Mainland Portugal)
• Internal Certificate = 10.00 euros (price per project | sent via email
• Internal Certificate = 15.00 euros (price per project | includes shipment via registered mail to Mainland Portugal)
• Certified Copy = 15.00 euros (price per document | includes shipment via registered mail to Mainland Portugal)
• Translation Certification = 35.00 euros (price per document | includes shipment via registered mail to Mainland Portugal) 
• Certification + Hague Apostille = 50.00 euros (price per document | includes shipment via registered mail to Mainland Portugal)

In order to certify your document, we will need the original document or, preferably, an authenticated copy.

Note I: For online certification, the authenticated copy will not be necessary
Note II: Please note that 2 to 3  business days will be added to the delivery time of projects including certification or apostille.

PROCEDURES FOR DOCUMENT CERTIFICATION

In order to streamline certification projects, AP | PORTUGAL accepts documents for certification before the end of each Tuesday. Your document will be available for pick up between the following Friday and Monday.
For sworn certification (Hague Apostille), the delivery date may be extended for 2 or 3 business days, due to the terms inherent to the process, as set out by the court.
If you need a document to be certified outside of this schedule, this service will be subject to an urgency fee of 15 euros + VAT.
