Anti-harassment policy

AP | PORTUGAL is dedicated to providing an enjoyable, respectful and harassment-free working environment experience for everyone regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any working tasks, including talks.

We do not tolerate harassment of Collaborators in any form and we expect all workers of AP | PORTUGAL to conduct themselves in a professional and appropriate manner. Collaborators violating these rules may be sanctioned as applicable national Law.

Harassment includes verbal comments that reinforce social structures of domination related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

Collaborators asked to stop any harassing behaviour are expected to comply immediately.

Partners, suppliers and customers of AP | PORTUGAL are also subject to the anti-harassment policy. In particular, the above mentioned should not use sexualised images, activities, or other material, sexualised clothing / uniforms / costumes, or otherwise create a sexualised environment.

If any of the above mentioned engages in harassing behaviour, AP | PORTUGAL may take any appropriate action, including warning the ofender of all the criminal consequences. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed within the business relation with AP | PORTUGAL, or have any other concerns, please contact the Legal Department of the Company immediately.

We expect all our Collaborators, Partners, Clients and Customers to follow these rules at all business relation with AP | PORTUGAL.


Emergency Contact Details

Our Collaborators of the Legal Department have been briefed to immediately escalate incidents to the Board, who will in turn liaise with medical staff, or Police, where required.
