WORDBEE Translator will enable you to do so online. The editor will show the original text by default on the left, and the translation on the right.

REUSE TRANSLATIONS AND SAVE TIME

Beyond the compatibility with the "standard" translation memories (TMs), terminology databases and TMX, you WORDBEE will also enable you to reuse your previous translations without undergoing alignment or memories creation processes. This applies to all documents translated with WORDBEE Translator.

COMPATIBILE WITH ALL FORMATS

The following formats can be translated/localized:

Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Adobe InDesign, OpenOffice, RTF, XML, HTML, Photoshop, Asp.Net, Asp, Php, Jsp, POT/PO, Asp.Net RESX, code files (c#, Java) and many others. 


REAL-TIME COLABORATION

Translators and proofreaders can work simultaneously on the same text, leaving comments to each other, answering questions online and in real-time. Bookmarks and validation status can be defined in order to monitor the evolution of a particular project and to point out problems. All in one online workspace for substantial time saving in the revision process.

TRANSLATION FLOW MANAGEMENT

The WORDBEE Translator includes tools for project management and tasks from A to Z:  

Create projects, add documents for translation, select translation memories, make  word counts, calculate prices, choose translators/proofreaders, assign projects, validate  translations, and deliver the final translations.


CLIENT PORTAL

In "Team edition" only: provide your clients (external and in-house clients/departments) with the opportunity to access the platform with a login, free of charge. This will enable your clients to ask for online quotes, to analyse your proposals and invoices, to follow the work process, and to download the final documents. You can also customize the platform with your company's name and logo!

WORK PROCESS FOLLOW-UP
